there's alot going on upstairs that i haven't moved out yet. i'm working on it, slowly but surely. here, however, is one box to consider:

• Utilities- $112.00
• Rent- $395.00
• Gas- $100.00
• Food- $100.00
• Phone- $60.00

for a grand total of $767.00, on average, that I'm responsible for per month. And those numbers don't include credit card or student loan payments, and are very, very rough estimations of the real figures.

I complain about my inability to manage money well. I complain about not having a job. I default on payments, have service suspended, get nasty letters, go days without eating and can't ask my family- they are completely unable to assist me. I worry myself nauseous about these things daily.

I know people who, without care or responsibility, spend that amount in less than a week.

Isn't America great?
